This might be my favorite use so far. I added it to a peri peri chicken bowl and it somehow fit right in without competing. That versatility is what keeps impressing me.

This was so good with bánh xèo. I think the sauce really shines when there is already a lot of texture in the dish and you want something that brings flavor and heat. I would reorder for this use alone.

I used it as part of a marinade for chicken satay and it came out so good. The heat lowered a lot during cooking, which I appreciated, and the flavor stayed really full. Super easy to work into dinner.

I was skeptical because every new sauce claims it goes on everything. This one actually came pretty close. It was especially good with jollof rice and grilled chicken, where the heat came through without fighting the rest of the dish.
