This was so good with bánh xèo. I think the sauce really shines when there is already a lot of texture in the dish and you want something that brings flavor and heat. I would reorder for this use alone.

I used it as part of a marinade for chicken satay and it came out so good. The heat lowered a lot during cooking, which I appreciated, and the flavor stayed really full. Super easy to work into dinner.
