Phởzen is a small-batch Vietnamese chili saté sauce made in Tacoma, Washington. Most chili sauces are built on soybean, canola, or grapeseed oil. I started with organic avocado oil instead, and built the rest of the sauce around it. I use Red Boat fish sauce, garlic from Filaree Garlic Farm in Washington State, and Washington-grown chilies. Every jar is cooked by hand and hand-labeled before it ships.
