Welcome to Phởzen. These Terms of Service explain the rules and conditions for using our website, placing an order, and purchasing products from PHOZEN, LLC.
By visiting our website, placing an order, or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. About Phởzen
Phởzen is a small-batch food brand offering handmade Vietnamese chili saté sauce and related products. Our products are made with care in small batches, and availability may vary depending on production volume, ingredient availability, and demand.
2. Product Information
We do our best to provide accurate product descriptions, ingredient information, pricing, photos, and availability. However, slight differences may occur due to handmade production, natural ingredient variations, packaging updates, or website display differences.
Our sauce may contain allergens, including fish sauce. Customers are responsible for reviewing the ingredient list before purchasing. If you have food allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical concerns, please contact us before ordering.
3. Spice Level and Taste Preference
Our sauce is designed to have bold flavor and noticeable heat. Spice tolerance is different for everyone, and we cannot guarantee that the heat level will match every customer’s personal preference.
If the sauce tastes too spicy, we recommend using a smaller amount, mixing it into food, using it as a marinade, or cooking with it to reduce the direct heat level.
4. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that all billing, shipping, and contact information provided is accurate and complete.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if there is an issue with payment, product availability, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or inaccurate order information.
5. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Because our products are handmade in small batches, processing may take longer during high-volume periods.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
6. Shipping
We currently ship to the United States and Canada only.
Our current shipping options include:
Flat Rate Shipping: $7.99
Free Shipping: Available on orders of $70 or more
Express Shipping: Available at checkout
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
Standard Shipping: Usually around 4–7 business days
Express Shipping: Usually around 3–4 business days
Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, incorrect addresses, or other conditions outside of our control.
For Canadian orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or brokerage fees required by their country or carrier.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. Please allow some time for the carrier to update tracking after the shipping label has been created.
Phởzen is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been handed to the shipping carrier, but we will do our best to help if an issue occurs.
8. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only within the United States and Canada.
We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or countries outside of the United States and Canada at this time.
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and deliverable shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or delivery restriction, additional shipping fees may apply.
9. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

For damaged packages, please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. This helps us review the issue and file a claim with the carrier if needed.
We will work with you to resolve the issue fairly, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the situation.
10. Returns and Refunds
Because our products are food items, we generally cannot accept returns once an order has been delivered.
If there is a problem with your order, such as damage, missing items, or receiving the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue.
Refunds or replacements are handled case by case. We reserve the right to request photos, order information, and package details before approving a refund or replacement.
11. Cancellations and Order Changes
If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has already been processed, packed, or shipped.
12. Promotions and Discounts
Promotions, discounts, free shipping offers, and special offers may be changed, paused, or ended at any time without notice.
Discount codes must be used at checkout and may not be applied after an order has already been placed unless approved by us.
13. Website Use
You agree not to use our website for any illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose. You may not attempt to interfere with our website, payment system, store operations, or customer experience.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access to anyone who violates these terms or abuses our store policies.
14. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including brand names, logos, product names, photos, text, graphics, and designs, belongs to Phởzen or is used with permission.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission from PHOZEN, LLC.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Phởzen is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to the use of our website, products, shipping carriers, delivery delays, or customer misuse of products.
Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.
16. Food Safety and Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for storing and using our products according to the product label and instructions.
Please check the jar, seal, and product condition before use. Do not consume the product if the jar is broken, leaking, damaged, has an unusual odor, or appears unsafe.
17. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Information collected during checkout is used to process orders, ship products, communicate with customers, and provide support.
We do not sell customer personal information.
