Our Story
Phởzen began in 2025 from something personal: a deep love for real Vietnamese flavor—bold aroma, savory depth, and clean heat that feels like home. Vietnamese food is comfort and memory for us, and we wanted to share it in a way that stays true to its soul.
We started in our own kitchen, making chili saté for Bún Bò Huế and family meals. Friends kept asking for more, so we kept refining—dozens, then hundreds of batches—until it tasted right. One promise never changed: no artificial ingredients, no shortcuts, no fake flavor boosters.
Today, our saté is bold, fragrant, and incredibly versatile—made to upgrade anything, any day. And our name points to what’s next: Phởzen means “phở frozen.” Frozen phở is coming soon, crafted with the same care and heart behind every jar.
